The Beck Group 42 actuator provides long linear-stroke modulation of dampers and valves. Stroke ranges vary from 100 mm to 457 mm and thrust up to 4450 N (1000 lbf) is available. Although the G42 can be used for many long, linear-stroke applications, it is ideally suited for burner air registers found on many coal-fired power boilers. It is designed around the same motor and control technology as the G11 line and, therefore, provides all the same advantages: consistent, accurate control without any limitations on modulation or the need for maintenance.
